Design

Design is a broad field, but my professional focus is specifically on Visual Design and Color, Material, Finish (CMF). Throughout my five years of professional experience, I have specialized in these areas, and the work showcased here is aligned with this focus.

Efes Team Bus CMF

This project holds a special place for me—it truly feels like my own child. Despite budget constraints, we managed to stay within scope, spending two weeks on design and three months on production. In the end, it became a project that truly reflects the essence of the team and one that I am proud of.

The biggest challenge was redesigning the interior of an already manufactured bus while staying within budget. This meant that the scope for modifications was limited, and every decision had to be made with strategic and creative thinking to align with the brief.

Concept Lighting

These works explore the harmonious fusion of ceramics and lighting, leveraging the reflective qualities of ceramic glaze to blur the boundaries between rigid and organic forms. Through this exploration, the interplay of light and material creates dynamic, sculptural expressions that evolve with their surroundings.

Graphic Design

Book Cover / Child Abuse & Sports

When working on this project, I spent a lot of time thinking about how to illustrate such a delicate subject as child abuse. The goal was to bring attention to the issue without being overly distressing, while still conveying its seriousness.

To achieve this, I chose to use a subtle yet impactful image of a child on the cover—one that wouldn't be too disturbing but would still draw attention. The design was softened with pastel pink and blue tones, colors that evoke childhood, while the child’s face was partially covered to symbolize silence and vulnerability.

Additionally, I wanted to highlight that this issue has no gender, reinforcing the message through the use of neutral, universal elements. As someone with a background in sports, this topic felt especially horrifying to me, making it even more important to handle it with sensitivity and thoughtfulness.

Ceramic Festival Poster Design / ICCF

In this project, I developed a series of poster designs for the International Çanakkale Ceramic Festival (ICCF), each offering a different visual approach. The festival positions itself as a multifaceted event that embraces both the traditional roots and contemporary expressions of ceramic art.

Throughout the design process, I explored various interpretations by referencing the historical and geographical context of the festival (Çanakkale, Troy, traditional crafts), as well as the visual language of contemporary ceramic production. Each poster presents a distinct atmosphere shaped by its narrative style, symbolic elements, color palette, and public visibility.

While some variations adopt a more abstract and modern aesthetic, others rely on traditional symbols and familiar colors to establish a direct connection with the public. Across all versions, the aim was to reflect the diversity, locality, and artistic spirit of the festival in a unique and eye-catching way.

Flyer / Onat Ceramic

As part of the branding efforts, I designed a sophisticated brochure for Onat Ceramic, presenting the company’s story, craftsmanship, and product range in a refined and engaging way for trade fairs and clients.
